Joseph J. Porfeli, Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Porfeli joined the high technology industry in 1968 and has successfully led four emerging growth companies as CEO -- bringing two through IPO, and selling two to public companies. Most recently, Mr. Porfeli served as CEO, Software & Information Technologies, for Spencer Trask & Company, a New York investment bank. Immediately prior to Spencer Trask, Mr. Porfeli was CEO of TechRx, a software company serving the needs of pharmacies, where he grew the company into the largest provider of pharmacy software solutions in North America. Other CEO tenures include: REVIVE Technologies, a software/services company; Surefind, a software company dedicated to data security; and EIS International, a hardware/ software company that automates call centers. Mr. Porfeli previously held senior level management positions at Centex Telemanagement, US Sprint, GTE Telenet, CompuServe and ComShare.

Frank J. Amoruso, President and Chief Operating Officer
Frank Amoruso has more than 20 years of technology experience in the financial, banking, insurance, and medical industries. He is the founder and Chairman of the Board of TowerCare Technologies, a software firm that provides a range of products for nonprofit organizations. Prior to TowerCare he worked at TechRx, Inc. as Executive Vice President, where he effected changes that positioned the company for a successful equity transaction in 2003 by improving processes, reducing the cost structure, and delivering new products to the marketplace.

Kerien "Fitz" Fitzpatrick, Founder and Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Fitzpatrick has over 20 years experience in the application of advanced robotics to practical business solutions. A graduate of Carnegie Mellon University, Mr. Fitzpatrick was co-founder of the NASA-sponsored National Robotics Engineering Consortium in 1994. He went on to become CTO of Tpresence, an Internet computing technologies company; Managing Partner of Mammoth Ventures; and co-founder of HyperActive Technologies. Mr. Fitzpatrick received the Allen Newell Award for Research Excellence from Carnegie Mellon's School of Computer Science in 1997.

Dr. R. Craig Coulter, Founder and Chief Scientist
Dr. Coulter is a robotics scientist focused on the commercialization of intelligent robotics technologies. He began his work at the National Robotics Engineering Consortium (NREC), where he organized a project with Ford Motor Company to commercialize a revolutionary vision-based position estimation system that he co-invented. He co-founded Highlander Systems, Inc., a vision systems engineering company; Tpresence, Inc., an early distributed computing company, where he served as CEO; and Mammoth Ventures, a firm focused on the development of new robotics-related intellectual property, where he currently serves as Managing Partner. In 2001, Dr. Coulter co-founded HyperActive Technologies, Inc. Dr. Coulter holds a Ph.D. in Robotics from Carnegie Mellon's School of Computer Science, as well as three other engineering degrees from Carnegie Mellon.

Frank Guarnaccio, Vice President of Finance
Mr. Guarnaccio has more than 20 years of senior financial management experience in firms providing technologies for industries including pharmaceuticals, insurance, and industrial process automation. Prior to joining HyperActive Technologies, he was involved in financial analysis and planning in the fast-growth, merger and acquisition environment characterized by TechRx's expansion from a firm with 30 employees, one location and $2 million in revenue, to a firm with 400 employees, six locations, and $50 million in revenue. He held a similar role in subsequent merger activity with NDC Health and Per Se Technologies. He also held senior financial management positions with Revive Technologies, ASE Limited, and Daxus Corporation, where he participated in the management buyout of Daxus from Dravo Corporation. Mr. Guarnaccio holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Managerial Accounting from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, Indiana, PA. HyperActive Technologies is the third company he has worked for where Mr. Porfeli has been the C.E.O.

Dave Douglas
Mr. Douglas is a widely recognized pioneer in the restaurant technology industry, and is currently a restaurant technology consultant/advisor. He is focused on assisting new & established restaurant technology providers in growing their businesses. Prior to this, Mr. Douglas was recruited by the founders of Priceline.com to launch a new suggestive selling restaurant technology business called RetailDNA. From June 1999 until June 2001, he was President and COO of RetailDNA; where he, among other accomplishments, hired over 100 employees, helped raise two rounds of capital and secured alliances with all the major POS providers to successfully penetrate the QSR industry's major chains. Prior to his involvement with RetailDNA, Mr. Douglas founded ReMACS (Restaurant Management And Control Systems) and served as President and CEO. ReMACS was a pioneer provider for back office management solutions software in the food industry; it went on to become the largest provider of restaurant management systems with 15,000 installations worldwide. In 1997, ReMACS was sold to Radiant Systems, where Mr. Douglas continued as President of Radiant's hospitality division. In 1998, he earned the honorary award for outstanding achievement in the food service industry at FS/TEC. Mr. Douglas holds a BS degree in Business Administration, with an emphasis in finance from the University of Oregon.

Robert M. Grimes
Mr. Grimes is the Chairman of Accuvia, a provider of information technology services for the hospitality, food service and retail industries. He co-founded, together with Nation's Restaurant News, FS/TEC, the food service industry's largest technology tradeshow and conference. Mr. Grimes is a regular technology columnist for Nation's Restaurant News and has contributed articles to many other industry publications as well as co-authored and contributed to a number of books. He currently serves as Director of PBE Group and previously served as President of That's Amore Restaurants and Founder and Chairman of Cyntergy. Mr. Grimes is a Conti Professor in the Program of Hotel, Restaurant and Institutional Management at The Pennsylvania State University. He previously served on the Board of the National Restaurant Association as an industry representative. Mr. Grimes holds a B.S. degree in Hotel, Restaurant and Institutional Management from The Pennsylvania State University.

Ronald B. Maggard, Sr.
Ronald B. Maggard, Sr. has a proven track record of success in the QSR industry. In 1970 he became co-founder of Maggard Enterprises, Inc., a Long John Silver's Franchisee, and he continues to own and operate 20 Long John Silver's/A&W Quick Serve Restaurants today. Ron was also the former Director of the Santa Barbara Restaurant Group, which managed 300 restaurants and was later sold to Carl Karcher Enterprises. He also spent time as Director and Chairman of Checker's/Rally's, overseeing over 980 restaurants, and as Director of Carl Karcher Enterprises, which was responsible for over 3,000 restaurants.

Russ Umphenour
Mr. Umphenour is a 38-year veteran of the quick-serve restaurant industry. In 1973, he founded RTM Restaurant Group by trading his stock in an Arby's franchisee operation based in Louisville, Kentucky, for eleven of their under-performing Arby's units in Georgia and Alabama. RTM rapidly grew into the largest franchisee in the Arby's System. With 775 restaurants, it was the largest franchisee organization in the U.S., with sales revenues of over $900 million and over 25,000 employees, until it merged with its franchisor, Arby's Restaurant Group, in 2005. Mr. Umphenour was also the CEO of Mrs. Winner's Chicken & Biscuits before selling the chain in May of 2006. Mrs. Winner's operated 98 company-owned restaurants and supported 21 franchised units in the Southeast. Mr. Umphenour also serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Triarc Companies, Inc., the parent company of Arby's Restaurant Group, Inc.
